Accomadations?

Waterville Valley is especially busy during foliage season, so we highly recommend booking accommodations as soon as possible. Many hotels and rentals require a 2–3 night minimum this time of year, so this may be one of the first things you’ll want to lock in.

What’s the dress code?

Cocktail attire. Think polished but not overly formal, dresses, jumpsuits, suits, or a dress shirt and slacks are perfect.

Are kids welcome?

We love your little ones, but we kindly ask that you enjoy the evening as an adults-only celebration.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Your invitation will include the names of those invited. Due to space and availability, we’re unable to extend plus-ones to everyone, we truly appreciate your understanding!

What’s the ceremony and reception like?

Our ceremony will be outdoors, followed by a tented reception. The tent is heated and has flooring, so you’ll be comfortable no matter the weather.

How do I get around and where do I park?

- There is plenty of parking at both the ceremony and reception locations.

- Waterville Valley is very walkable, most hotels, rentals, and venues are within a short stroll.

- Shuttles will be available from our hotel blocks to the ceremony and reception areas (note: no shuttle service after the reception ends but remember everything is within walking distance!).

-The Waterville Valley shuttle also runs throughout the property with multiple convenient stops.
